All of these happen after lastest patch and of couse I do own all DLC and Total War Warhammer. After downloading the trainer, install the program and follow the resulting prompts. Once the installation process is over, you can launch the application. From the list of the games, choose Total War: Warhammer II and open it. A prompt will open asking you about the cheats you want to use during the game.
